Isaiah 4:4 NASB
When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of
Zion and purged the bloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the
spirit of judgment and the spirit of burning,
His spirit of judgement is not to punish us but to cleanse
us from our sins. it is by grace that we can receive His discipline. the
Lord never lets us go yet always seeks to redeem us and we must be
thankful and hold on to Him in times when we receive discipline.
