Hebrews 2:18 NASB
For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.
our high priest Jesus is able to help us in our temptations
as He has experienced temptation and overcome it without sinning. so we
can be sure and have hope that the same power to overcome is in us as
we draw near and seek the Lord. so when I am tempted to sin let me look
towards Christ and focus on Him to draw strength from Him.
